The Coast of Oregon

The Oregon coast is about 400 miles long filled with many breath-taking views starting from Brookings to Astoria. Highway 101 runs along the coast taking you to some of the most beautiful places located in Oregon. Tillamock Cheese Factory

Along the way, you will encounter lush forests, white sandy beaches bathed by pristine waters, small and historic towns, and plenty of friendly locals.

The coast of Oregon attracts thousands of people every year because it offers many adventures and activities for everyone. Those who like the outdoors will be in heaven! Fishing, crabbing, camping, site seeing, bird watching, hiking, and biking are only a few of the things visitors can do while visiting.Highway 101 Tunnel

Traveling along the coast is something that has been in the back of my mind for a long time but it seems the right time never came. I have visited only a handful of towns including Brookings, Gold Beach, Coos Bay, and Florence.

I am planning a trip along this highway and I am planning to stop everywhere so I can take pictures and share them with you.

I am not sure exactly how many towns are located along the coast but I am going to do my best to take pictures of every single one of them if everything goes as planned.
